I feel lucky, as most of my adult life has been spent living in ski resort areas. After graduating from UMass, I moved to the Sierra Nevadas in CA. Obviously it was destiny as this is where I met my husband, Rick Flint. After a number of years in sunny CA, it was time for a change so we relocated to southern NH, then to western Maine, then lived at 10,000 feet in southern Utah (average snowfall of 400 inches a year!).
